Getting to Phuket is easy. Direct flights are available with Virgin Australia, Jetstar and Thai Airways, departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of 9 hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 3.5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 6 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 1.5 hours).

The resort is approximately 30 minutes’ drive from Phuket International Airport.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

All packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$87 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to one child (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on a daybed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are available, subject to availability.

Please note: Extra guests aged 11 years and under can receive lunch or dinner for a charge of THB300. Extra guests aged 12 years and over must pay the regular price.

Airport Transfers: Your Hotel transfers will be provided by www.myphuket-holiday.com. Your package includes one-way transfers from Phuket International Airport to your hotel.

In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact MyPhuket-Holiday directly via email rsvn@myphuket-holiday.com.

You will need to provide the following information at time of booking (no later than 48 hours prior to arrival):

IMPORTANT: Transfers (Toyota Fortuner) are for a maximum three adults or two adults and 2 children 11 and under per package. Maximum 3 luggage pieces allowed per car due to space restrictions of the vehicle. Oversized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions, Surcharges may apply should a larger vehicle be required at additional cost.
