7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Daily unlimited a la carte breakfast at Clouds Kitchen is served from 7am to 10.30am.
- Daily choice of lunch or dinner at Clouds Kitchen: Lunch is served from 12pm to 3pm and dinner from 6pm to 10pm.
- Nightly cocktail at Clouds Kitchen can be redeemed from 3pm to 5pm from a select menu.
- Daily afternoon tea at Clouds Kitchen is served from 3pm to 5pm. It includes one drink selection and one canape.
- Massage inclusions should be pre-booked in advance.
- The 60-minute jungle trek includes return transfers, the guide fee and mineral water. It should be pre-booked in advance.

- Access to Canna Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.
- This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
- Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.
- No cameras and no drones are permitted.
- No food and drinks from outside are permitted.
- Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Canna Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
- Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Canna Bali is located in Nusa Dua.
- Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however, can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
- For packages with return transfers: if you wish to take advantage of the Luxury Escape departure lounge, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance to confirm your preferred departure transfer pickup location.

- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
