7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

  • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Daily buffet and set-menu breakfast is served at Bistrò restaurant from 7:30am to 10:30am.
  • Daily lunch is served at the beach, consisting of a selection of cold-dish snacks. Drinks are not included.
  • For the nightly drinks, guests can choose from a glass of wine, beer or Aperol spritz per adult at Bistrò.
  • Parking is available onsite at an additional cost. Advance booking is recommended.
  • Beach service includes four beach towels per room, water bottles, access to heated whirlpools, umbrella with two sunbeds and a director’s chair, two mattresses placed on top of the loungers for maximum comfort and a storage trunk.
  • In case of bad weather, there is no refund for the beach service. The service is on demand and subject to availability.

Beautiful hotel by the beach. Breakfast very big buffet. Room spacious with view. They have one accessible room for wheelchair users. There is parking. Spa is super nice with indoor pool and sauna. The beach is super nice.

During our road trip through Lombardy and Marche, we spent four nights at Hotel Excelsior in Pesaro, a five-star hotel that truly stands out for anyone looking to take their stay to the next level. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed by the hotel manager, who even parked our car in a reserved spot – a super-luxurious valet service. Throughout our stay, he frequently checked in to see if everything was perfect and if there was anything more the hotel could do for us. The entire team radiates professionalism and genuine hospitality. The restaurant is outstanding, and the rooms are highly recommended as well. We even received a complimentary upgrade, and all I can say is: “pico bello”! The hotel also features a beautifully maintained private beach with a stylish beach bar, perfect for lunch or an aperitif. Breakfast deserves a special mention: a generous buffet with fresh vegetables, fruit, hot and cold dishes, and even à la carte options. Everything is meticulously taken care of. Our departure was just as memorable: the manager personally came to say goodbye and we were gifted a luxurious box of high-end skincare products to take home. Wonderful room, 6th floor, sea view. The bed was really comfortable, the room was elegant, silent, spacious. The breakfast offered a big choice and the waitress were really kind. You feel like a princess and if you love the sea… that’s the paradise.

This hotel is really beautiful, both modern and classic, designed with taste and attention to details and to their guests comfort, with a superb serviced and well kept beach. Room was great, full sea view, comfortable bed, everything is spotless clean, a detail I liked is that I found a beach bag in the room, I could use everyday, very thoughtful. Breakfast was very nice and lunch was served on the beach, which is also charming. Everything is run and maintained by a team of really special and warm people both with experience and with love for what they do. Everywhere you are greeted with smiles and everybody is helpful and friendly. A special thank to Eleonora for her warm welcome, to Olha for taking care of us at each meal and to Diana for her kind recommendations! It’s a place where we want to return soon!
