From the moment I arrived, the staff at Fairmont Nile City went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Every interaction was warm and professional, from the reception team’s friendly welcome, to the impeccable service at the salon, and the attentive room service that made me feel right at home. A very special thanks to Rawan, who kindly upgraded my room and ensured I had the perfect experience. The attention to detail, the genuine smiles, and the feeling that the staff truly care made all the difference. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I’ll definitely be returning!

The staff and the cleanliness of this hotel is what made the experience. From the second I checked into my room, Reem took good care of me and making sure everything was up to speed. The hospitality of Manager Yasser was unmatched along with Mahmoud checking in every afternoon if anything was needed in the room.

In the heart of downtown Cairo on the Nile, you will find the most beautiful well appointed hotel as a person who has stayed at every hotel in this area from the Ritz to Hilton. I can tell you nothing compares to the Fairmont. This is the only hotel in Cairo that is actually handicap accessible, regardless of what other hotel say they are not truly handicap access the Fairmont is laid out with spacious rooms, adaptive equipment, and without stairs, making it wheelchair accessible completely! The hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are spacious the restaurants and room service have quality food. The staff go out of their way to make your stay nice This is luxury at its best!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Receptionist Hussam was so pleasant and helpful .we were attending a wedding and stayed for two nights, the room is perfect and have everything you can think of, the complete view of the Nile is awesome. Breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties and the staff were doing their best to help and provide the optimum service. Valet staff were very helpful and assisting us politely. The mall associates to the hotel was a great idea and we’ll set with varieties. In conclusion, I highly recommend the hotel and will stay in it next time .
