The hotel is located approximately a 90-minute drive from Kansai International Airport (KIX). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service UNLIMITED date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily a la carte breakfast is served from 7am until 10.30am (last order 10am) at Grand Café FAUCHON. Breakfast includes a selection of viennoiserie, yoghurt, fruit and eggs your way from a set menu as well as coffee, tea or juice. Vegan options are available with prior notice.
- Welcome tea and sweets are served in reception upon check-in.
- The nightly drink is a choice from a set menu of beer, wine, spirits or sake and is served in Le Bar FAUCHON from 3pm to 10pm.
- Free-flow drinks package (Indulgence Packages only) is valid for one hour of free-flow beer, wine, spirits and sake at Le Bar FAUCHON from 5pm to 7pm.
- Le Bar FAUCHON is normally open from 3pm until 10pm. Opening times may vary and can be confirmed at reception.
- FAUCHON Executive Lounge access includes a select menu of appetisers and pastries, spirits and soft drinks from 5.30pm to 7pm, during this time children are allowed to accompany parents.
- FAUCHON Executive Lounge access also includes fine spirits and soft drinks served from 7.30pm to 9pm, strictly no children allowed.
- Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at any onsite venue (excludes minibar and room service). No minimum spend applies. Dining credit can be redeemed at Grand Cafe FAUCHON, Le Bar FAUCHON, Salon de The FAUCHON, Patisserie & Boutique FAUCHON or for in-room dining.
- Complimentary in-room gourmet bar includes a seasonal selection of in-house confectionary and savoury goods including Kyoto’s famous Yatsuhashi sweets. The bar includes FAUCHON tea and Nespresso coffee included. Please note: alcoholic beverages are NOT included.
- Please note, in-room gourmet bar will not be refilled during three-night packages. For five-night packages, the bar will be refilled once, on the fourth night.
- The spa is limited to guests aged 18 years and older only.
- Late checkout is subject to availability and can be requested upon check-in or by guests during their stay.
