I recently stayed and so did my friends (on another visit) at FV Peppers in Fortitude Valley, and while the property itself is well-located, and incredibly convenient—what truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service from Madelene. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel both valued and effortlessly looked after. Madelene is an absolute asset to the hotel and to Accor overall, and her approach reflects the kind of hospitality that keeps guests coming back. For her alone, I’d give this stay a full five stars. She’s the kind of team member every property hopes to have.

A fabulous stay! Our room was amazing- so spacious, great views, spotlessly clean and had everything we might need. Staff were so friendly, pool was great and location was very convenient. We left feeling very relaxed and looking forward to returning.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Parking is a bit of an issue in this area so I used their valet parking. The apartment I had was well equipped with a full size fridge, cooktop, oven & microwave. The bath was nice and the shower was massive. The area is a bit dodgy on a Sunday night so I would eat in.

Extremely disappointed with the building management. I moved interstate and arrived on a Saturday as instructed, expecting to collect my apartment keys—only to find no one was there and no keys left for me as promised. I received no onboarding email, no instructions, and no communication about how to access my apartment. As a result, I had to stay in a hotel for two nights at my own expense. This was a completely avoidable situation if the building management had simply followed through on what they had committed to. Very poor experience for a new resident.
