Gennadi Grand Resort is ideally situated on the southern coast of Rhodes, in the charming village of Gennadi. This location offers easy access to the picturesque village of Lindos, just a 20-minute drive away.

The resort is located just over an hour’s drive from the historic city of Rhodes and approximately a one-hour drive from Rhodes Diagoras International Airport (RHO). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date.   • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Daily buffet breakfast is served at Filoxenia Main Restaurant from 7am to 10:30am.
  • Nightly buffet dinner is served at Filoxenia Main Restaurant from 7pm to 9:30pm.
  • One drinks is served at the Grand Lounge Bar.
  • The spa discount is only valid on single treatments, and can only be used in one purchase. Not valid on package treatments or products.
  • Kids’ club is available free of charge for children aged 4–12 years old.

All-Inclusive Upgrade:

  • Guests who choose the all-inclusive upgrade will receive daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, available buffet-style and a la carte at Filoxenia Main Restaurant.
    • Daily breakfast is served at Filoxenia Main Restaurant from 7am to 10:30am.
    • Daily lunch is served at Filoxenia Main Restaurant from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.
    • Nightly dinner is served at Filoxenia Main Restaurant from 7pm to 9:30pm.
  • A la carte restaurants can also be accessed by All-Inclusive guests upon reservation and depending on their length of stay. Please book with property directly.
  • Guests also receive snacks throughout the day and free-flow drinks, including all alcoholic and non-alcoholic options except for special aged malt whiskeys, cognacs and champagnes. May be redeemed at any onsite venue, excluding Grevin. Snacks include a range of sandwiches, wraps, fruit bowls, salads and cool bites.

This hotel is amazing. I can not fault it. From the time we arrived to when we checked out the staff have been brilliant and so kind. That includes all the staff at reception at the buffet and the bar and the cleaners all are so lovely. My only concern is that the location of this hotel is so far away from a lot of the attractions and experiences. So when calling for a taxi I had to wait a whole hour and they charge you more as the taxis come from far just to get to the hotel. Otherwise the hotel and everything else was amazing

We had a wonderful week at Gennadi Grand Resort! The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The à la carte restaurants were absolutely amazing — each one offered a unique and high-quality dining experience. Even the meals at the main restaurant, despite being part of the all-inclusive package, were of fine dining quality, which truly exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was the floating breakfast experience — such a luxurious and relaxing way to start the day! It made our holiday feel even more special. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. The pool areas were perfect and enough for everyone and the beach just a few steps away was peaceful and clean. We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended! A special thank you to the team for offering us a complimentary late check-out — it was the perfect end to a perfect holiday!

A Wonderful Experience at Grand Gennadi – So Far, Perfect! My friend and I are currently staying at the Grand Gennadi on Rhodes and we are absolutely loving it. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The housekeeping team is incredibly attentive and does an outstanding job – everything feels fresh and perfectly maintained every single day. The buffet food is also amazing – fresh, varied, and full of flavor. The restaurant staff is warm, helpful, and truly makes the dining experience enjoyable. A special shout-out goes to Victoria at the front desk, who has made our stay especially memorable. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with genuine warmth and gave us a great overview of the hotel and its amenities. She regularly checks in with us, always with a smile, and makes sure we have everything we need. Her professional and caring attitude stands out – she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Victoria is a gem and an invaluable part of the team! So far, we’re incredibly impressed with everything and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and guest-focused experience.

Stayed with family in June – mixed impressions We spent 9 nights at this hotel in June. Overall, we had a nice time, but there were both pros and some noticeable cons. Let’s start with the positives: Extremely friendly staff – everyone was very helpful and always tried to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and very modern, everything worked well and housekeeping did a great job. We enjoyed the food – although it was often quite similar from day to day, everything was tasty, especially the desserts, which were outstanding! I tried the spa and was satisfied with the massage – very relaxing atmosphere and professional staff. Now for the downsides: The beach was a big disappointment. Sunbeds were placed far from the water, there were no paths, and even with water shoes it was painful to walk over the stones. On one side, there were piles of rocks that made it look like a construction site, and water was running from a hose, making the beach wet and dirty. Evening entertainment was quite boring. Occasionally there was live music at the bar, but you had to make a purchase to sit there – cocktails were mostly ice and cost €12 or more. Very little for children to do in evenings. If a good beach and lively evening program are important to you, you might want to consider other options. But if you prioritize a comfortable room, tasty food, and friendly service, this hotel could be a good fit.
