A wonderful holiday at Grace! Everything was perfect across the board. The rooms were superbly beautiful and luxurious. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The staff is truly friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was equally wonderful and delicious. The pool area and the view were also magnificent! Highly recommended!

Brought my family to Mykonos this summer and stayed at the Grace. Konstantinos and his staff were incredible and we had a wonderful experience. Top notch service. My parents even left their passports in the safe and didn't realize it until they got to the airport. Konstantinos and the staff secured the passports and made sure to rush to the Airport so that my parents wouldn't miss their flight. Would recommend without reservations.

Mykonos was the final stop of our 12-day island-hopping honeymoon through Greece, and we arrived at Grace Hotel with high expectations based on the exceptional hospitality we experienced at our previous accommodations. Unfortunately, our stay fell short in several key areas. While the Grace Hotel staff were generally friendly and accommodating when prompted, the level of warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality did not compare to what we had grown accustomed to. Unlike our other stops, the staff here did not go out of their way to enhance our experience with local recommendations or special touches that reflect the culture. Our travel agent had informed the hotel of our honeymoon and we were told had arranged for an early check-in. However, upon our 1:30 PM arrival, the staff reported unawareness of the occasion or any special arrangements. We were told our room wouldn’t be ready until 3 PM—which was understandable—but there was no acknowledgment of our honeymoon throughout the entire stay. We were offered welcome drinks by the pool while we waited, which was a nice touch, but by 3:30 PM, we still had no update. My husband had to follow up himself, only to be told, “We couldn’t find you,” which felt disorganized and unprofessional. The room itself was clean and offered a nice ocean view, though it was small and somewhat underwhelming. The biggest issue was the location of our room—right next to three “staff only” doors. This created loud, disruptive mornings filled with cleaning equipment being rattled around, footsteps, and the constant sound of doors slamming—making restful sleep nearly impossible. The bed and pillows were also quite uncomfortable. On a more positive note, breakfast was enjoyable, and the breakfast staff were kind and welcoming. The pool area was relaxing, with food and drinks available throughout the day, but the repetitive, overly sentimental Americanized playlist that played nonstop became grating and detracted from the ambiance. Another downside was the hotel’s location. While its seclusion may appeal to some, the 40-euro taxi rides each way into town (standard for Mykonos) left us feeling isolated, especially since we weren’t inclined to spend all day at the hotel. Overall, our needs were met, but the experience felt impersonal and lacked the thoughtful details that had made our earlier stays in Greece so memorable. Had we known what to expect, we likely would have chosen a different hotel to end our honeymoon.

Grace Mykonos was anything but a 5-Star resort. Immediately on arrival and checking in, the hostess explained the App the hotel uses. Being young and decently in shape, we thrive off of getting simple workouts in hotel gyms and that being a huge advantage when choosing a booking site. So on the app, it has a “Wellness and Fitness” selection that takes you to their amenities. (Had a photo of a gym). First Red Flag : there was no gym on site. When I asked what the “Fitness” meant, she tried to explain a portion of the spa treatments and through further information she informed us that they have a “sister-hotel” that they allow guests to go workout in for 15€ a person/visit. Second Red Flag : When talking with the hostess during check in, she mentions the options of going into town and provided us with a local Car-Bike Rental Company pamphlet. When we read online that they have a shuttle service that picks up/drops off. When she clarified that the service is only for when guest arrive/depart their stay. For being 1km away from town, each Taxi that they offer to call is 40€ ONE WAY. So, that was a huge let down after spending so much money on rental cars at previous locations. And of course, if Grace replies to this review, they will say the State has “regulations/laws” stating they have to use Taxi services. The only up side is that there is a City Bus that has numerous stops through Mykonos that is 2 € a person/one way! It was of great value when your wanting to see different sites. (KTEL MYKONOS BUS ROUTE) PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Any restaurant in Greece is EXTREMELY different than U.S. You have to become a nuisance right when you get somewhere to get the slightest of service (refill, get your order in, or check out). We arrived on the dot of the restaurant opening at Grace so we could have a nice cup of coffee and start our busy day. Well, being that there are only 2 female servers and one counter host, things can get busy. But at 0800, we finally get seated, order coffee and get handed menus but don’t receive our coffee until 0821 when I stand up, walk over to the counter, and reorder the black coffee with milk/sugar. THIRD RED FLAG : service was God aweful. Continuing on the coffee topic, we requested our second day to not have our room cleaned due to having our 2-week bags thrown everywhere like we do when we’re cramped in two bags. Let me clarify something. Our room came with 4 coffee pods, not unusual at all compared to other places that have the same amount. We drank those 4 pods of espresso during the first day/second morning (requested the room to not be cleaned second day) so we obviously didn’t get anything cleaned/restocked; totally fine. So after a long day we arrived back at our hotel late and I asked the hostess if we could have more coffee pods. She said of course, I will see if the Restaurant has any and will bring them down. It was late, and I understand if they were out that I didn’t have anyone bring them that late at night, no big deal. So the 3rd morning we went to have coffee at the restaurant, started our busy day and came back to a very clean and spotless room with NO coffee pods. We had coffee in town, so we did not request any the 3rd day. 4th day came around and we stayed in/around the hotel for our final day. So around 1400 I called the host to ask for 4 coffee pods (same amount our room had upon check in) and the host said we would be charged for 2 additional ones and are only provided 2 a day. And that we have to request more everyday if we want more, I explained to him that I did request more but did not receive any and that I will not be paying for the same service that the bare minimum room is provided. And then I was given 3 DECAF/ 1 Regular pods, which then forced me to go upstairs and return the pods by hand. 4th RED FLAG: The bare minimum will cost. 5th Red Flag : No one told us about our Departure Breakfast that was included in our stay. Hostess at front desk was very apologetic about no one asking our order to have ready. We survived off poor/overpriced airport granola bars.
