I stayed at the Grand Mercure recently and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the service was smooth throughout my stay. I especially appreciated Uzair how comfortable the room was and how well-organized everything felt. The breakfast had a good variety and the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Niama greeted me warmly this morning with a big smile which made me feel happy to be at the hotel which initially was a little daunting. Her English was very good and she was keen to accommodate me with an americano which I was very grateful for. The hotel breakfast offered a great choice of foods catering all dietary requirements. The room was spacious and the airport shuttle which a little rough was adequate.

I had a wonderful experience at Grand Mercure, and I’d especially like to appreciate Sriju at the reception. She is extremely professional, polite, and always carries a warm smile that instantly makes guests feel welcome. Her hospitality and attention to detail are truly commendable — she assisted me promptly with check-in and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. My absolutely favourite hotel. I have stayed here now twice, totalling over 15 days. This is a hotel I will keep coming back to. Amazing service from victor and his cleaning team , everyone is so friendly ! You feel very lively and- perfect for couples and familie Yet the others were equally good! I would highly recommend this hotel. Also, the valet system is really helpful if you do rent a vehicle. And finally the shuttle service is convenient!
