Our personal experience at Hotel Grand Mercure has been truly amazing, and I would say it is one of the best so far. We have travelled to many countries and stayed with many renowned hotel brands, but Hotel Grand Mercure stands out for offering real value for money. The breakfast spread is excellent, and the choice of food and drinks throughout the day is absolutely awesome. The swimming pool is really large, and the poolside bar is a great attraction. Overall, a wonderful stay that we would highly recommend. Not to say that on our next trip to Phuket, we are going to stay with the hotel Grand Mercure only.

Beautiful hotel with such friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed in a pool access room which was lovely, clean, and so convenient for a relaxing dip anytime. The only small downside was a few mosquito bites due to the surrounding greenery, but the lovely lady who cleaned our room, Fang, was so sweet — she even brought us mosquito spray to use, which was a thoughtful touch! We ate at the Bubbles Restaurant a few times — the food and service were both excellent. The Grand Seafood Night was absolutely outstanding and well worth it. If you’re visiting Phuket, I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance to everything — Bangla Road, Patong Beach, the shopping centre, bars, and restaurants. A perfect place to unwind while still being close to all the action.

Outstanding hotel, starting with all the staff in the lobby, so friendly and welcoming. I stayed in a pool access room for 8 nights. The room was very clean and spacious. Khun Fang looked after my room during my stay and always kept my room clean and her smile was so welcoming. Thank you khun Fang. The manager needs to give khun Fang a pay increase 🙂. The breakfast selection was also extremely appetising. Overall highly recommended 👌

We stayed at Grand Mercure Hotel Phuket for three days, and even though we didn’t spend much time in the hotel because we were busy with activities, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, they surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate our anniversary — such a thoughtful gesture! Throughout our stay, the team was very helpful with arranging and recommending activities. They didn’t just give general directions; they provided detailed information about local agencies and options, which made planning everything so much easier. The hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable. Although the location is a bit far from Patong Beach, it’s actually perfect for those planning to join outdoor activities, as most of them are outside the Patong area anyway. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and genuine hospitality in Phuket!
