The hotel is absolutely amazing , rooms are clean, the food is delicious. My only problem people talk way to loud during breakfast, one of the staff shouting when got out the lift, good morning sir. Shut up, and they coming to the table to take away empty plates, when I finished and left after they should, stop bothering dinners. Over all a lovely hotel, with a good location.

My first stay with Grand Mercure Roxy was a comfortable and satisfying experience. As one of my Guest is wheelchair bound, the important criteria was the wheelchair accessiblity getting to and moving internally throughout the Hotel. It was easy to get to the hotel via MRT as the Marine Parade station is situated right in front of the hotel. Surprisingly, the room assigned has an outward opening main door and toilet / bathroom fixtures (for the Elderly and spacious enough for the wheelchair to be manuvered. Also, there was a shower chair in the bathroom for someone who cannot stand during showering. This is a thoughtful touch by the Hotel staff. In general, the room is very spacious and doors wide enough for the use of wheelchair. All the staff were very friendly, caring and exemplified professionalism -- Front Reception, Roxy Divine Cafe, Level 4 Bar, Feast Asia and Housekeeping. Despite being located in the eastern part of Singapore, the Hotel is closer to Changi Airport and a 10 minutes walk to Parkway Parade Shopping Mall & Residential shopping amenities. The fast and conevenient MRT network brings proximity to all the Tourist attractions and other Shopping Malls. The food quality and service level in Feast Asia and Level 4 Bar were excellent.

Overall, the hotel is good - clean, comfortable, and the room was nice. However, I faced a major issue with the broken plug holder in my room. It was not working, and I struggled a lot to charge my mobile and work on my laptop during my stay. This small detail made things quite inconvenient. If the management can fix such basic amenities, the experience would be much smoother

This hotel is actually really nice for the price. The area that it’s in has a really close local market which was extremely wonderful to be able to eat and taste really cheap local cuisine. But the hotel itself was dated. And in need of renovation, the Staff for the most part were lovely. And helped you wear whenever they could. The food at the hotel was decent. And the pool was to standards. But the hotel itself especially corridors and rooms could do with some serious updating. As well as a major design floor is that especially if you’re staying in a suite. You will be receiving large gusts of wind channelling up the building. Which can keep you awake at night. But in conclusion especially for a longer period of time a good hotel.
