Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Please Note:
- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Emeralds between 7.30am and 9.30am.
- Diving can be booked on the island at the Dive Shop. Pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
- Medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving and as such, diving is subject to a medical questionnaire.
- The minimum age to scuba dive is 12 years.
- Glass-bottom boat tours run daily from 9.30am and last approximately 30 minutes. Bookings can be made at reception.
- Fish feeding takes place daily at 5pm.
- The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Dining credit can be used at any of the resort’s dining outlets.
- Great Barrier Reef tour departs at 11.30am and arrives back 4.30pm.
- Bookings are essential for the Great Barrier Reef tour with Great Adventures. Tour dates can be changed, subject to availability.
- Nightly drink is one per person, per day, from a choice of sparkling wine, sparkling wine with juice, beer or non-alcoholic juice, served at Sunset Beach or at the top of the jetty from 5.15pm. During wet weather, the nightly drink can be served by the pool.

- Bookings are essential for the roundtrip catamaran transfers from Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal. Transfers are arranged by contacting the resort directly.
- Please consider your flight arrival and departure times when booking transfers.
- It is highly recommended for guests to book one night pre-accommodation in Cairns to avoid disappointment.
- Transfers depart Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal at 8.30am and 10.30am.
- Transfers depart Green Island at 9.15/45am*, 2.30pm and 4.30pm. *Turnaround vessel times may vary.
- Transfers for all guests are valid only for one-time use on arrival and departure.
- Luggage is subject to a maximum weight of 23kg per guest. Luggage will be required to be repacked if over the maximum weight.
