Friendly and helpful staff. Location was amazing… right next to the trams and train station. Very easy to get to Rundle Mall and Chinatown via tram. Rooms are nice and clean. Not as bad as what people say. Beds are comfortable. Very happy with our stay and will definitely come back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the staff were wonderful and the location was very convenient. On a minor note, we felt the breakfast could be enhanced to match the price paid. No eggs, no hot food.

Excellent location for a conference at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Greeted by a friendly staff member and assigned my room. It was a dreadful night weather wise, very loud rain and freezing cold and windy so chose to stay in the room but could hear all the rain/storm. I felt like I was in a really isolated part of the hotel and although room was fine and locks worked I felt a little unsafe. This meant I didn't sleep well. Bed was fine but pillows were terrible, very thin. Bathroom was clean and spacious but had the worst hotel toilet I've ever come across, I had to sit on it sideways. Quite bizarre and frankly unacceptable. Location wise was super convenient for a 6am start, value wise was fine; vending machine on the floor for snacks. Just didn't have a great vibe to it and very weird how it was converted to a hotel with giant foundation poles down the corridor. I probably wouldn't stay again but pleasant enough. Staff member on check in was friendly and efficient.

I’d keep looking elsewhere. Stayed one night with the family and it was pretty grim. Dimly lit room with no natural light. Creaky old building. Noisy pigeon clattering all night on a loud windowsill. Broken lift. Uncomfortable bed with not enough blankets. Strange smell in the room. You get the vibe.
