Hall House is located in Bowral in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Explore the heart of Bowral and its boutique shops, restaurants, cafés and cinema, or take a drive and experience the beautiful surrounding villages of the Southern Highlands where exceptional vineyards, antique stores, bushwalking and golfing await.
Hall House is located approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Sydney or a two-hour drive from Canberra. Airport transfers are not included in your package, however parking is available at the property free of charge.

Hall House is a beautifully secluded, recently renovated three-bedroom cottage which can comfortably accommodate up to six adults (aged over 18 years) in style and luxury. Located across the road from Bowral Golf Club and just a short stroll from the heart of Bowral with its boutique shops, restaurants, cafés and cinema, this blissful home away from home provides you with everything you need. Enjoy a warm welcome with a delicious grazing platter to share, including a selection of cheese, meats and fruit, and toast your escape with two bottles of local wine (one red and one white). Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen and choose to relax in either the indoor or outdoor dining areas. The garden is perfect for sunny evenings while cool winter nights are best enjoyed in the new six-seater, 81-jet luxury heated hydrotherapy spa.
The Bedrooms – Luxurious Posturepedic king beds
Experience the perfect night’s sleep in a new luxury Sealy Posturepedic bed, the hallmark feature of each room. The master bedroom features a super king and a lavish ensuite while the second and third bedrooms feature king beds (or two king singles on request) and share a spacious main bathroom with a large luxury bath and heated towel rails.

No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Hall House – packages are valid for four or six people depending on the package selected.
Maximum Property Capacity: The maximum property capacity is six people aged 18 years and over. Please note if your group is for five or six guests, you must purchase a six-person package.
Please note:
- If, for any reason, there are more guests staying at the property at any time which exceed the number of guests specified in the booking, the guest will be additionally charged the difference between what the property would have charged for that number of guests to stay at the property for the whole term of the booking and also a $500 Administration Fee.
- No pets or animals Pets and animals are strictly not permitted. In the event that guests bring a pet or animal onto the property, the proprietor reserves the right to immediately terminate your booking and require you to vacate the property immediately. In this event, you will not be entitled to a refund and you will be charged a Pet Cleaning Fee of A$1,000.
- No Party Policy The property does not accept bookings for parties or end of year schoolies celebrations. In the event that bookings are found to be for parties or schoolies celebrations, the proprietor reserves the right to immediately terminate your booking and you will be required to immediately vacate the property if the termination is after the arrival date. You will not be entitled to a refund for money paid under the booking.
