Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 28 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… You can make unlimited changes to the date of your booking, as long as it’s at least 28 days before your original check-in date. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

All Room Types – Packages are valid for eight people.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is eight people.

Baby Policy: Babies (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge, subject to availability.

Individual villas vary and are subject to availability. Bedding configuration may vary per villa. Specific villas cannot be requested.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Whitehaven Beach Half-Day Tour (Upgrade Packages Only):

• Upgrade includes four adult tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased at checkout at special rates: A$108 per adult aged 15 years and over, A$103 per senior aged 65 years and over, and A$42 per child aged 14 years and under (no charge applies for infants aged three years and below).
• Journey Beyond will be in touch within 1-2 business days to book in your desired date.
• This experience is weather dependent and may be cancelled and/or postponed for safety reasons. If your trip is cancelled, you will be offered a rescheduled date.
• Menu is subject to change/s. Allergies and intolerances (if any) should be informed upon selecting dates.
• This experience does not include hotel transfers.

Golf Buggy Conditions

• The golf buggy may only be driven by guests who hold a current full driver’s licence that complies with Australian Standards – Learner or Provisional licences are not accepted. Evidence will be required at the time of pick-up. Also upon pick-up, a credit card is required for security in case of damages. A $1.00 bond settled via a pre-authorisation to the Customer’s credit card is required. No insurance is available and the customer is responsible for any damages. The buggy and keys must be returned upon check-out.
• Under Queensland law it is essential for children aged four years and under to wear a seatbelt or child restraint when travelling in a golf buggy. Customers are requested to advise how many child restraints are required prior to stay to ensure availability and fitting.
• All roads on Hamilton Island are governed by the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, therefore, all traffic and road rules apply to any vehicle including golf buggies using the road network. Seat belts are mandatory.

Customer Cleaning Responsibilities

All Yacht Club Villas are supplied with equipment to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the villa. At the end of the stay, customers are required to clean the BBQ (if applicable), clean and put away all dishes and empty the rubbish. A penalty cleaning fee to a maximum of A$250 will be charged if these areas are not cleaned. Any damage to the villa or inventory will be charged back to the customer.

Entertaining

Customers may not use the villa for entertaining purposes unless prior written permission has been obtained from HIHH. This extends to but is not limited to parties or functions within the villa.
