Stayed with my family for a week. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. We had a small balcony and 2 double beds. We used the pool a few times and they also had a water refill station there so we used that everyday for our water bottles. The shopping center and target were directly across the street. It was only a few minute walk to Waikīkī beach. We did self parking for our car everyday in the shopping center for $35 instead of $55 at the hotel. Also used the laundry facilities that was a total of $9.

Decent location. Rooms are nice. Great A/C. Water pressure was good. Microwave and fridge in room. No breakfast provided. Restaurant in lobby, and you receive a discount. Front desk usually has a line. Wait for elevators as well.

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. First, the valet service (Elite Parking) caused damage to our brand-new car. When we retrieved the vehicle, the keyhole cover on the driver-side door handle was missing and the handle was scratched. This damage that was absolutely not there beforehand. We reported it immediately (July 5) and were initially assured by valet staff that since no preexisting damage was noted, reimbursement would not be an issue. However, our claim was later denied without a clear explanation and with inaccurate details (including the wrong date of loss). On top of this, the fire alarms in the hotel went off about six separate times during our stay, which was disruptive and concerning. For a Hilton property, this was incredibly disappointing. At the very least, we expected accountability, a proper review of the incident, and support for guests whose property is damaged while under their care. Instead, the response has been dismissive and frustrating. We are continuing to pursue this with Hilton corporate and consumer protection channels, but wanted to share our experience so other guests are aware. I left this same review a bit ago. The hotel immediately responded with “No guest contact information provided.” How are they supposed to know my information if they didn’t reach out for more details or attempt to investigate? They are doing this to others as well, as seen in other reviews. This is unacceptable. I am now attaching photos of proof of my stay.
