7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

If you’re looking for a clean and safe hotel in the heart of Times Square, this is it. Loves our stay here! This hotel staff is the friendliest group I’ve ever encountered. The lobby was bustling, the bar is fantastic, and the room was huge! Some drawbacks: I’m a Hilton honors member and had to pay $50 to check in early, even though I was messaged the room was ready. Also, the fee for WiFi was crazy high. That should be included for Honors members.

Everything was wonderful from sart to finish! The hotel is clean and the staff are really helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Cleaned/towels replaced everyday. Views from room 3905 were epic. We didn't use the bar/resturant there so can't comment. The hotel is a 5min walk to central times square. I would definitely consider this hotel again in the future.

Great hotel, but very busy. Only one lift operates from the ground floor to reception, and then you have to take another lift to reach your room. Since only one lift works from the ground floor, there’s often a long line quite time consuming to go in and out. Reception service was 2 out of 10 but the staffs from ground floor 10 out of 10.

This hotel is very conveniently located as it is in the center of wherever you might want to be. Close to subway, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Very close to broadway. The view from our room faces the business district. Great view of the Hudson, and tower 1. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even the bellhop who was accosted by an extremely rude guest. The room however was in what I would consider to be unacceptable condition. Blood stains on quilt, dust on multiple surfaces, dirty bathroom and shower, and the shower head was a handicapped accessible version but it was broken and would not stay in the proper height for a person standing shower. At any price point, you should expect your hotel room at the very least to be clean and in working order. But most certainly when you pay over $700 for one night. I would possibly come back, but if I were to enter another room to see more of the same I would never be back.
