Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and they had amazing croissants for breakfast. I ate 5 of them. Only complaint I have is that the cleaners threw away our tickets for the fc Bayern dreamgame in Imst after we forgot them there - luckily we noticed though and were able to get them back

Holiday express MM is a lovely express hotel, that has all amenities that you require for a decent stay. We booked it for our trip to Munich, and though it is around 40 mins away from Munich central, the regular trains, buses and trams ensure you are in centre in perfectly ok time. The hotel is cozy, staff very helpful, polite, and even though breakfast served is cold, the options are pretty good, including boiled eggs, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese paste with different cheeses and breads available. There is yogurt section, with muesli, different yogurts and fresh fruit. There is Nutella section too, with multiple jams available. Fruit juice, water, coffee and tea sections work really well. Staff is particularly attentive to cleaning up and replacing platters. Rooms are tidy, even if not the biggest, but comfortable, excellent cotton and linen used, towels replaced daily if needed and we found the room cleaning service excellent. Bus stop is literally few steps from the hotel so bus to Feldkirchen then a straight S2 into Central Munich. Plus if you like some countryside vibe, this is the place. Lovely greens around especially if you go for a morning walk or run.

Room was too small for a family of 4, but it was clean and looked new. Bathroom was narrow but it was clean and new. Underground parking was also narrow, it can be a challenge for big cars. Breakfast was good. I would recommend it, although I missed bacon and maybe beans? Staff was helpful and nice.

I was there on 26th August 2025 for two nights, and the lady Lissa on front desk needs to be trained how to communicate with the guests. Me and my friend has booked two rooms and this lady has always attitude problem while talking to guests. I asked for a baby blanket, she said usually we provide, and i asked her to please and check in my room to which she replied in a rude tone that she is very busy and will come in 20 minutes. I went down again after one hour to check, where she was free and available on the counter but didnt bothered to ask me if i got the blanket. There were other couple of scenarios where she has ignored my queries. The hotel didnt had enough pillows. Upon asking, they said there rooms are booked and cant provide extra pillows. Very disappointing service.
