The hotel, facilities and location was alright. The exceptional quality of my stay was significantly enhanced by the staff's dedication to service. Upon check-in, the initial interaction with the front desk representative, whom I believe was Lana, established a genuine rapport, creating a welcoming and personalized experience. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find it decorated in recognition of my membership, despite my lack of any formal loyalty status. Furthermore, a welcome brownie was delivered shortly thereafter, adding to the sense of appreciation. While these gestures were not obligatory, they were greatly appreciated and contributed to a feeling of being valued. This level of guest engagement exemplifies the essence of hospitality, and experiencing it at a Holiday Inn Resort exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the consistently friendly presence of a staff member, whom I believe was Ann, near the restaurant entrance, demonstrated a strong commitment to welcoming guests. Her enthusiasm was such that it almost persuaded me to dine at the hotel's restaurant, despite my initial plans. I extend my sincere gratitude to the entire staff for elevating my stay from satisfactory to truly outstanding.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The pools and garden areas are beautiful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. What truly makes the difference is the staff, they are genuinely kind, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. From the reception to the restaurant team, everyone is professional and caring, ensuring every detail is taken care of. Breakfast offers a good variety and quality. The staff led by May, is very helpful and goes out of their way to help us. They gave us a free upgrade upon request and that too within minutes. There was a nice welcome decoration in the bedroom which just made all of us happy. All the staff always greeted us with smile and energy making us feel very happy. Totally recommend staying here. The room service is also top notch and the food at the restaurant is exceptional. It felt like home even while we were in a different country. May is very kind and helpful with all their gestures, and they went out of their way to ensure we have pleasant experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Ao Nang. Breakfast was excellent with good Indian options and lots of variety for kids. The kids’ area and facilities are amazing, and the pools are great with fun rides for children. Location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach and market. Rooms are nice (not very big, but comfortable). Overall, a great family-friendly resort and a solid choice in Ao Nang.
