The staff led by May, is very helpful and goes out of their way to help us. They gave us a free upgrade upon request and that too within minutes. There was a nice welcome decoration in the bedroom which just made all of us happy. All the staff always greeted us with smile and energy making us feel very happy. Totally recommend staying here. The room service is also top notch and the food at the restaurant is exceptional. It felt like home even while we were in a different country. May is very kind and helpful with all their gestures, and they went out of their way to ensure we have pleasant experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Ao Nang. Breakfast was excellent with good Indian options and lots of variety for kids. The kids’ area and facilities are amazing, and the pools are great with fun rides for children. Location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach and market. Rooms are nice (not very big, but comfortable). Overall, a great family-friendly resort and a solid choice in Ao Nang.

Wow this is a awesome place to stay. Our room has ocean view and mountain views also. The hotel staff is so friendly and the price is a great a deal. We travel a lot to maintain diamond and use points to stay because the 4th night is always free. Every January you are able to purchase 100,000 get 100,000 free. Also during the year they have specials where you can get do it again. I use points because you can book far out and cancel up till the day before. Thanks it's a wonderful day!

Wonderful Stay with Exceptionally Welcoming Staff I recently spent a night at this hotel and had a truly great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome — warm smiles, helpful attitudes, and a genuine interest in making my stay comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing night. What really stood out to me, though, was the hospitality. Starting with the front desk Ms. Luna (Receptionist), Mr.Lee and Mr. You, then housekeeping, or buggy drivers, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. My family and I stayed for five night, but it left a lasting impression. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with top-notch service.
