Virender greeted us each morning with a warm smile. He was very helpful knowledgeable about the city. We looked forward to chatting with him each morning! The hotel’s proximity to the MRT was so helpful. The rooms are small, but functional. The fitness room could use a fan, but otherwise gets the job done.

Good value hotel, good location with the MRT entrance at the doors and courteous staff. I'd like to say particular thanks to Melvir in the Soul Brew Coffee Shop in the lobby. I had returned from Chinatown having badly injured my foot and decided to rest with a coffee. He noticed my struggles and arranged a bag of ice for me to go to my room with to help with it. Much thanks to him for this! Very kind of him and very much appreciated.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4 out of 5 stars) First time staying at this hotel and in this location for a business trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, one of the staff members quickly helped with my luggage, and the check-in process was smooth and fast — definitely a bonus after a long flight. I stayed in the Loft Room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bathroom amenities were almost complete, though it wouldn’t hurt if they added cotton buds and a hairdryer, which are fairly standard in most hotels. The location is perfect — just a few steps from the MRT station and a 7-Eleven, making it super convenient for both transport and basic needs. That said, the hotel does feel a bit soulless. While the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, most of them appeared stiff and robotic. A bit more warmth and natural hospitality would really enhance the guest experience — a little retraining in customer engagement could go a long way. One area that definitely needs improvement is the food variety. The selection is heavily focused on Indian cuisine, which I understand given the hotel’s location in Little India and the likely preferences of many guests. However, the Western and local food options were very limited, and more often than not, were “sold out” or “not available.” That was quite disappointing. Despite these points, I had a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely come back. With a bit more attention to atmosphere and food variety, this hotel has the potential to be excellent.

Gotta love this location. MRT literally at the door! Access to F1 track so easy and quick avoiding crowds.! Great coffee shop downstairs…. It’s a Starbucks! Thank you Peta for the lovely service. Vending machine for fresh OJ! 😋 Rooms small but it is Singapore. AC works magic Staff lovely. Breakfast fresh and good. Don’t forget the pool! Great stay
