The hotel is located approximately a two-hour drive from Denver International Airport (DEN). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Valid for travel from 15 December 2025 until 31 March 2026 (bookings must be made before 30 November 2025).

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

  • Daily Breakfast Credit: The included credit must be used each day and is non-accumulative. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit can be used at Edwin between 7am and 11am. No minimum spend applies.
  • Hotel amenities and resort fee (US$45 per room, per day) include: Wi-Fi, daily US$10 dining credit to use across all onsite venues, ski and bike valet service, resort activities, hotel shuttle and two water bottles refillable at stations throughout the resort.
  • Nightly house beer or wine per adult at The Carter can be redeemed between 11am and 11pm.

Our stay could not have been any better! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the front desk staff, the service and accomodations were impeccable. We had dinner at The Carter and found the food to be very good and the staff was extremely attentive. After dinner, we made our way to the speakeasy which was the perfect ending to the day! I highly recommend you visit the speakeasy at least once during your stay! The hotel provided a memorable stay and we can't wait to get back there during ski season!

Nice remodeled hotel. Hot tub was nice. Lobby was a bit load with live music. Room AC was not as cold as we needed and the window only opened 2 inches with no breeze.

The facility is beautiful, but the service is a bit lacking: we were told there were towels at the pool, so we didn't take any, but then there weren't any. The coffee machine in the room didn't work, and when we asked the housekeeping staff about it, they told us they didn't speak English. In short, a beautiful facility, poorly managed. The only positive note: the valet service guy, very friendly and helpful!

As a Hilton Diamond member who travels frequently for work, I always look for properties that feel like a second home—places where we can relax and feel genuinely welcomed after long days on the road. I had a project in the area for a month and originally planned to stay at this hotel. However, after reading recent guest reviews and speaking directly with friends who just checked out, I’ve decided to cancel my reservation. While the hotel may look beautiful and luxurious on the outside, it seems the true experience falls apart when it comes to customer service. According to multiple accounts, the service here has been consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive—even to loyal Hilton members. That’s extremely disappointing. Diamond status shouldn't be the reason for good service, but it certainly shouldn't be ignored or met with disrespect. Whether a guest is a Diamond member or visiting for the first time, everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Thank you to everyone who left honest reviews. You helped me avoid a very costly and frustrating mistake.
