I and my family of 4 including 2 young boys love staying at Hotel Chadstone. I'd be inclined to say that their biggest pull is being adjoined with Chadstone Shopping Centre which has everything you'd ever want under the sun for an enjoyable stay but, Hotel Chadstone itself is a real gem. The beds are so comfortable, the furnishings are classy and inviting. The pool has a great view. The staff are thoughtful and welcoming, yet discreet at the same time (means a lot for a highly introverted person like me). Pastore, the restaurant is amazing and go for their breakfast buffet every day of our stay. We love it so much, we've been to stay 4 times (or maybe 5 now? I've lost count). We go every time we feel like getting away from the stressors and demands of every day life to have some fun and we leave refreshed. We look forward to coming back again (and again).

We stayed at Chadstone Hotel for one night with our two young kids and had a really great experience. The location is perfect — being connected to the shopping centre made everything super easy. We could grab food, shop, and wander around without needing the car at all. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable for the four of us. The kids especially loved the rooftop pool — such a fun bonus! It was a nice way to unwind after a day out, and the view from up there was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Everything felt smooth and welcoming, even with two little ones in tow. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, it had everything we needed, and the kids found plenty they liked. We’d definitely come back for another stay. A great spot for families!

My stay was fantastic, the room was comfortable and gorgeous. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The staff were all very friendly, always willing to help with what I needed. The location of the hotel is perfect, being a short and easy trip to the large Chadstone shopping area, there is no shortage of things to do during your stay. The pool is super nice, the rooftop location gives lovely views, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Hotel Chadstone really delivers in comfort, friendliness and customer satisfaction.

We stayed at Hotel Chadstone as a short family getaway from interstate and were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. The hotel still feels very fresh and well maintained for a 6-year-old property. Our room was clean, stylish, and quiet – the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were lovely and made our check-in process super smooth. They were helpful with our luggage and shared all the information we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best things about this hotel is the unbeatable location. It’s just a 2-minute undercover walk to Chadstone Shopping Centre – perfect for rainy days and especially convenient for families. We didn’t even need to layer up much since everything was indoors, from luxury shopping and great restaurants to groceries and pharmacies. If I had to mention one downside, the pool area was quite small and the water looked a bit cloudy during our visit – so we didn’t end up using it. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic option for families who want comfort, convenience, and a bit of luxury close to everything.
