The location was amazing. Service that I received everywhere in the hotel was exceptional. I loved that everything I needed was in the inside the hotel no need to leave. The restaurant was great for breakfast and coffee throughout the day. The bar on the top level was beautiful with the view as as well as as fantastic service. My room was clean and tidy and really well thought out and designed with space for my bag that was out of the way beautiful fixtures and fittings.

My daughter and I had the most wonderful staycation at Hotel Chadstone! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond – they were so friendly and welcoming, and really made us feel at home. This was my daughter’s very first hotel experience, and they turned it into something truly special for her. The hotel had an amazing set up for the school holidays, with Mario Kart and big screens in the events rooms – such a fun surprise! We both had such a memorable time, and I’m so grateful to the team for making it such a positive experience. Highly recommend for families looking for something special.

After spending a night at the hotel, my experience was very positive. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-prepared, with fresh linens and all the basic amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed me to rest well after a long day. In the morning, the breakfast service was timely and offered a good variety of options. Overall, my stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and I left the hotel feeling refreshed and satisfied with the service.

This hotel and the so called service you get there has gone downhill. Am a silver member and have stayed here before and not been charged a deposit, now all of a sudden I get charged, just not acceptable. I feel like the worker at check in was very judgemental and thought I wasn't good enough for the hotel. Plus to get charged $40 for parking for one night is ridiculous, especially in a carpark that is small and filthy, with dirty water running down the walls. Do they think just because there is the shopping centre next door that they can take advantage of people? Plus the rooms are nothing special and not particularly reasonably priced and the range of TV channels is the pits and the aircon is not very cold. Quite sad when it's meant to be a five star hotel. And also not good when they still have housekeeping cleaning rooms at 4.30pm. will never stay here again. Be better staying at mantra or movenpick, they are better priced and treat customers better and do not charge a deposit fee. And all three a part of all accor.
