The service quality is truly outstanding—an absolute 10! The food is exceptional, with supreme quality that exceeds expectations. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and remarkably comfortable. The reception area is both grand and elegant. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile. And the rooftop bar—without a doubt one of the best I’ve experienced in my travels—offers vibrant music and top-notch service right by the stunning infinity pool. Highly recommended.

Sublime experience. Such a beautiful hotel. The staff was also amazing and very kind. Only thing not perfect was the loud Korean music coming from across the street until 10:30pm. But I assume a room located on the opposite side of the building would solve it. Other than that, the place was simply amazing. Highly recommended and I’ll be back! (In another room)

(Visited May 2023) This hotel is magical and one of the best places I’ve ever had the privilege of staying. The hotel itself is very impressive and immaculately decorated. The rooftop bar and pool hosts one of the best views of the city and is the perfect place to watch a glorious sunset. The breakfasts are also something to behold - quality food from all over the world, I could have spent all day just exploring the options yet the quality the food was still excellent. The rooms are immaculate, very stylish and modern with impressive views and the most comfortable bed imaginable. Staff were nice although not quite as attentive as other experiences I had in Vietnam. Overall, it is expensive, but for the luxury experience it is undeniably amazing.

Such a disappointing experience. I normally stay wiht Accor group hotels around the world, but this one is one of the worst service levels I have encountered anywhere. Disinterested, inefficient and sometimes rude. The rooms though are very clean and well maintained. Internet works great and the water pressure in the shower was very good. Checkin is much slower than most Accor hotels I have visited but it went perfectly well. The Albion restaurant has fabulous food for a very reasonable price. The big issue is with the roof top bar - the Social Club. Staff serving tables were rude to a number of tables and got orders wrong. Additionally, in my case they refused to add in the accor loyalty card unless you have the app installed. Once I did that they still didn't accept it as I was not a "new member". Sadly I've been an accor group customer for 20 years and they didn't like that. So, well maintained and appointed hotel but with service far below the normal for Accor.
