Great Hotel! The staff is professional and friendly. The duty manager made check in quick and easy. We informed the hotel that we eat Halal food, and they have been accommodating us best to their ability. The Hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is amazing. The location is perfect as you able to walk to all the all the tourist attractions and malls. I will definitely stay again

Great property - modern design, great service, great food. Upgraded 1 tier up as platinum. Design is modern but small room. Open bathroom concept. The door opens to the tub. Welcome amenity - Nuts and chips was nice. Complimentary non alcoholic drinks in the fridge too. Lounge - small lounge space with Bitexco view. Also buffet style. Tea time and cocktail hour very crowded. Will have to share the communal table if you're not early. Food however was delicious. It feels like they are understaffed but they are still trying their best and are very attentive too. Service - Enthusiastic service by the door assistants. Turndown service was nice. Breakfast Wide breakfast spread with usual noodle/egg live station. The food was delicious which is rare. Attentive service Welcome drink - You can redeem it at the rooftop bar which is quite vibey on the weekend. Will be back!

Our stay at Hotel des Arts Saigon began on a positive note, with a smooth and welcoming check-in experience at the executive lounge on the 22nd floor. We had booked two executive rooms for our family, but unfortunately, the room size was extremely disappointing. The biggest drawback for me was the bathroom layout — it isn’t a separate room but merely divided by a curtain. Had this been made clear on the website, I would not have chosen this hotel. The only meal we experienced at the hotel was breakfast. While the selection was good, the service left much to be desired. Staff seemed rushed, and when my son requested pancakes just a few minutes after breakfast closed, the answer was a firm “no.” This felt unnecessarily rigid, especially after experiencing truly exceptional hospitality at other properties during our two-week trip through Vietnam. On the positive side, the hotel is well-located. However, be aware that the rooftop bar generates significant noise. Although letters in the room state that music stops at 10:45 p.m., it actually continues until at least midnight. Since all executive rooms are located on the higher floors, our room on the 21st floor felt as if the DJ was playing directly above us. Overall, while the hotel has potential, the small rooms, poor bathroom design, and underwhelming service — combined with the late-night noise — make it difficult for me to recommend for those seeking a relaxing and comfortable stay

Nice location but unimpressionable food, salty and too typical for a 5-star hotel. Rooms are compact and lacks air. Wc sends smell around the room.
