If I could give the staff 10 stars I would. They were amazing. Especially the sweet woman at breakfast daily. We stayed for 3 days and had a lovely stay. The room is decently sized, the restaurant on site is good, you can walk to little Havana as well as pharmacy etc if you need anything. We were staying a few days on a layover and it was perfect for us. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

I did like this hotel overall . It was a few things that could improve but overall it was a nice hotel in Brickell for a short stay . The rooms were decent I really liked the bathroom a lot very modern finished . Con if you use the bathroom #2 the door doesn’t close properly and the room can smell like sewage . Major con. Sliding doors with gaps don’t make sense for that type of room. Also some of the staff have attitude and don’t know how to give good service . The lady in the breakfast area was so nice and looked out for me . It is a nice place for a few days but not a long stay . The hallway carpet needs to be changed a lot of stains and run down looking throughout. Also the maids knocking on the door when I said I wanted to check out a hour later is unprofessional.

Great location, walkable to a lot of different local restaurants. Family stayed here before & after a cruise, and a shuttle to the cruise port was offered for a fee, which made our travel a lot easier. The rooms were clean and spacious for the amount of time we spent in them. We enjoyed the pool as well. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. My one gripe is the noise level in the hallways - the walls are pretty thin, and we could hear everything through going on in our neighbors' rooms on either side, plus people getting on and off the elevator at all hours. It did disrupt our sleep unfortunately. However, I'd still consider this a great, affordable stay for the area with walkable access to tons of restaurants and night life.

The hotel is beautiful, but overall the stay was pretty lackluster. Our room had a bad smell kinda moldy, the TV didn’t work at all, and the sink kept clogging. My husband and I also felt like something was biting us in the bed. Service was good but a little weird the way they do it. Apparently they only do services between 2 to 5 PM every day, which is odd because isn’t it usually in the mornings when people aren’t there? Anyway, I called for housekeeping around 10 AM and was told someone would come right away, which surprised me because they said between 2 to 5 PM but when we came back at a little after 5 PM the housekeeper was just getting there. And we were told that we can’t be in our rooms while the housekeeper is there so it was like… ugh. On the bright side, some of the staff were nice, and they did replace the TV and fix the sink once I reported it. Although, the sink still had clogging issues, afterwards, but I got tired of calling the front desk. And I’m just nitpicking at this point, but the TVs didn’t even have Netflix. Breakfast was good, the server was very sweet. I’m not sure, if I had the choice, that I would stay here again.
