I never leave reviews unless I am extremely impressed. Our first time in Rome leaving the US so my husband and I were skeptical but honestly Hotel Indigo- the staff made us feel SO WELCOME! Everyone is super nice and receptive and welcoming - our stay here definitely made our entire trip smooth and safe! Shout out to Marco, Alexis, Joel Andres and all the staff from the I Sofa staff- I don’t know how else to say Thank you!! Will come back here again and bring my little one and family here !

WOW - this hotel is nothing short of amazing! The staff is absolutely fantastic. They anticipate all your needs & are extremely helpful, kind & friendly. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was absolutely spotless! The location is perfect as well, many fantastic restaurants and other things are walkable or a short taxi or bus ride. DEFINITELY make time to do the cocktail making class with Daniele! The experience was intimate. He's super fun, knowledgable & his drinks are impeccable.

We just got back from spending three nights at this hotel. It was the final stop on our two week honeymoon. Let me just say, this hotel is excellent! It is everything a hotel should be. I stay in a lot of hotels but this place is truly solid. The entire staff is great. This hotel runs how all hotels should. Our room was incredibly clean and nice. Loved the turndown service. The food in the restaurant and through room service was amazing. We loved the cacio e pepe and the tiramisu especially. The staff even sent us a bottle of champagne when we checked in after mentioning our honeymoon. The location is good. We like to walk so it was easy for us to walk to the Vatican and then over to the center of town to the tourist attractions. It was nice to be able to come back to the hotel in a quieter less busy area. The hotel is tucked a little further away from the hustle and bustle. There is a pharmacy right across the street if needed. All of that being said, shout out to Josiel at the front desk! He checked us in and was incredibly charming, funny, professional, and helpful. He was there during most of our stay and was always ready to assist with anything if needed. Thank you, Josiel! And thank you to the rest of the staff at Hotel Indigo St. George. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel on your next trip to Rome!

Overall, the hotel was very nice; however, there were two issues that made my experience there less enjoyable. First, the AC was not strong at all. I stayed for 8 days in August so it was extremely hot in Rome and the AC simply couldn’t keep up. I was sweating in my room with the AC on full blast. The other issue was the bed: it was very uncomfortable. I struggled to sleep because of searing pain in my neck, shoulders, and back from the very hard mattress. The location of the hotel was very nice and everything was always clean. The employees were very kind as well.
