My family of 5 stayed here for a little under a week, in 2 rooms and we had a fantastic experience. The view from the rooms is breathtaking-taking, the rooms and modern and well furnished, and service was impeccable. I especially appreciated all the welcome amenities for my toddler. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and had enough variety. As a diamond elite member, I was hoping for an upgrade which did not happen. I would say that’s the only area of opportunity as it wasn’t high season and they just seemed stingy with upgrades.

Reserved this hotel with apprehension and ended up extending the stay by several days!! The staff is amazing ( shout out Fuko) always trying to help! You must have the breakfast (Julian ) the food/bev manager has put together an A+ ensemble…one of the best I’ve had in my travels. The only teeny recommendation is to have a concierge who can better assist with making reservations/tickets.

Really enjoyed my stay at Indigo Shibuya! The staff were amazing – reception, breakfast service, and housekeeping all went above and beyond. Breakfast was a real treat with great food and a fantastic view of the skyscrapers from the 11th floor. Reception on the 12th floor also has a nice city view. The room was a bit small, but cozy and well set up. For taxis, they drop you off on the street from back of the hotel , and from the hotel side for going out you need to go to the 3rd floor to get to the taxi area or go direct to the main street to walk to Shibuya Cross street in 2 mint’s walk and 4 mint’s to Metro station which includes the JR and Tokyo Route or take taxi to any where you like . Shopping , Restaurants and cafes are very close to the hotel . Overall, great vibes, excellent service, and awesome views. Would definitely come back!

Very close to Shibuya Crossing Scramble , near a Starbucks store, has a hotel Coffee shop, and fast food area on the first floor of the hotel. Very close to multiple shops and local restaurants. Rooms are very small and we were in a queen size bed , walking area in the room is very limited. The shower and the toilet are separate band the door opening are quite narrow. If you are on the high floor with a view - that’s a bonus. The window is equipped with a darkening roller blinds. The room had a mini bar and safe. There’s no clothes closet but there is a clothes rack next to the bed. The room rates are quite expensive for the size of the room but the price is probably based on the location and close vicinity to various dining and transportation conveniences.
