Great location and friendly staff. Rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious. Lighting in bedroom could be better but that's the only negative which still didn't hinder my experience whatsoever. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel and in such a great location! The rooms were really nice and the staff were great. I would certainly come back here if/when we visit Amsterdam again. Great view of the canal. It was in walking distance to china town and the red light district too. I want to go back, I miss Amsterdam already.

Our stay was overall good. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had called ahead to confirm which rooms had a balcony and, based on the advice we received, booked the recommended room. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told this information had been incorrect, which was quite disappointing. That said, the hotel’s beautiful aesthetic helped make up for it. The room was smaller than expected but comfortable. Lighting was not ideal for us, even with the lined room lights at their brightest, it still felt dim (though this may be a personal preference). Most amenities are available upon request, which can be a little inconvenient. It doesn’t feel four star. What truly makes this hotel special is the location, central but peaceful, close to the metro, walking distance to many attractions, and right on the canal. It’s a beautiful spot for exploring the city.

The hotel is by the river, but if you come by car, it is impossible to be dropped off right at the entrance. You can only get off on the main road to the left or at the next intersection on the right. When I entered the hotel, I found it quite strange that the automatic doors did not open by themselves; you must have the staff inside open the door for you to enter. There were four of us, and we booked two rooms under two separate orders. Unfortunately, the hotel could not arrange for both rooms to be on the same floor. When I requested to move to the same floor, of course, it was unsuccessful, and they gave many excuses, which I can understand. The room I booked faced the river, and it was quite large, but I noticed there was no wardrobe, only a mirror with a few hangers on it. I switched on all the lights, but the room was still very dim. There was no luggage rack either. Upon further inspection in the room, I realized the bathroom had no place to hang towels, and there was no minibar in the room. When I inquired at the lobby, they said this was normal for them. The minibar is located in the lobby, where you can buy drinks or use the free water provided. I stayed in this hotel for three nights and noticed that several people gathered nearby every day. Personally, I felt that they were selling some illegal items, so everyone should be careful when staying here.
