Really enjoyable place to stay, well priced and spacious rooms compared to the smaller Ace rooms that were a lot more expensive on this weekend. Great service from hotel staff. Nice details. Minibar only has drinks which was disappointing but I called to share feedback and they brought me some chips which was appreciated.

Check in is behind the bar of a very cozy retro speakeasy. Fantastic location for us while in town for a concert. Used our Accor free night so we splurged on the king room (room 1302) - loved being able to crack a window but the air conditioning set up is perfect too. Really comfortable bed with creature comforts like slippers, robes, nespresso coffee pods, and a reasonably priced mini bar. For a small boutique hotel it was an oasis in the big smoke and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney and wanting to brunch in Surry Hills and wander around Redfern and Chippendale.

What a pleasant surprise the Hotel Morris proved to be. I needed to be near Central station during my four days in Sydney and the Hotel Morris, just seven minutes walk away proved to be an excellent choice. The welcome was warm and friendly, with an upgrade offered and all benefits available at breakfast and dinner. the Negroni hour from four until six each evening was very enjoyable. The reception area also hosts the restaurant and bar but works surprisingly well. My room in the fourth floor was comfortable and cosy with a view over Pitt street. The bathroom had a very good shower and the arrangement of furniture was efficient and just what I needed for my short stay. This is a boutique hotel, with lovely staff and an excellent kitchen that provided some very nice meals on the two evenings I dined in the restaurant. Thank you to the team who made my stay so enjoyable.

Nice hotel very close to theatre, Haymarket, light rail and Chinatown. Very confusing arriving and checking in at the bar; nothing like battling with the patrons for a wine as you try and check in... The staff are really lovely, and aside from the squishy bar/restaurant/reception, the hotel itself is beautifully decorated reflective of an era gone by. The room is tiny, but the bed super comfy. We requested through the Accor app a room away from the lift (they asked, we responded!) and found ourselves directly beside it... The shower is hot and powerful, good luck figuring out how to turn it on (close the door!) Breakfast was nice, but you will wait, so don't try and eat and rush out for the day. A nice stay, but probably our one and only time. More bang for your buck within the same block.
