Wow - I cannot rave about this resort enough. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and spent the most amazing five nights here. What really made this resort a 5/5 were the lovely staff. The wonderful ladies at the front desk were so exceptional and so so sweet! (I wish I remembered their names!) I believe on of the ladies was Shay, and she was lovely! We dinned in for breakfast every morning and tried something new, everything was so delicious. The bartenders were so fun and personable. This is the destination to go if you want to relax and be in an extremely quiet resort. No kids, no big crowds, non of that commercial mess you get with the other big hotels up the street. While not directly on the beach, the shuttle service is top tier. I wish more hotels did this! They will shuttle you to any of the wailea beaches and any of the restaurants in the immediate area. We will be making this a yearly thing forsure. Can not wait to be back!

My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and Hotel Wailea made our stay truly special. Despite a small misunderstanding, we had an unforgettable experience. Everyone working there is incredibly thoughtful and genuinely strives to make guests feel welcome and valued. One of the great perks of this hotel is the complimentary car service that takes you to different beaches, giving you the chance to explore and discover various beautiful spots on the island. The restaurant is outstanding highly recommendedand the breakfast is absolutely delicious. From the pool staff to the breakfast and dinner teams, everyone was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. It truly feels like a hidden paradise perfect for a honeymoon, a celebration, or simply treating yourself. The concierge team was also incredibly helpful with our itinerary. They gave us excellent recommendations tailored to our preferences, from scenic trails to visit, to parking tips and the best hours to go. We usually don’t plan much in advance and love relying on locals for guidance and the team, including the drivers, shared amazing suggestions for beaches, restaurants, and activities that truly made a difference. I also tried aerial yoga for the first time, and the instructor was lovely. I always make time to work out during my vacations, and I really appreciated the well-equipped gym.

Where do we start?! This is the best hotel experience my wife and I have had in the US. The resort was clean the rooms were epic and the restaurant was incredible. Every morning feels like waking up in a nature sanctuary - lovebirds and parakeets are flying around the “birdcage” bar overlooking the ocean. Koi ponds flowing all throughout the resort. Even small moments like walking back to our villa after dinner were really special. Oh and no kids, pure bliss. The private 5 course wine-paired meal was the highlight of our honeymoon. Chef Emma was an actual star. She went above and beyond - as foodies, who eat at all the best restaurants we can confidently say she would give the top executive chefs in NYC a run for their money. She was spectacular! Really amazing experience overall and we couldn’t recommend it enough. We love Hotel Wailea!

This hotel was amazing! We loved that it was adults only, quiet and there was also privacy. It felt like a true retreat. There was no shortage of chairs at the pool. The architecture is beautiful and the setting is serene. There are ocean views from the restaurants and the beach concierge is amazing. The rooms have a great set up and space, including a kitchenette. The gym is open air and well-equipped. There are complimentary yoga and pilates classes, as well as a social happy hour and other fun activities. You do not need to rent a car if you're planning to stay in the central area, they'll shuttle you around Wailea for free. Any issues we had were promptly and politely fixed. We travel a lot and it's been one of our favorite hotel experiences. Don't sleep on this small resort in the sea of large ones!
