Getting to Dubai is easy. Ten daily direct flights are available from the five major Australian capital cities with carriers including Emirates & Qantas with an average flight time of 14 hours. Once in Dubai, you can connect to over 150 destinations in the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa, Europe, and North & South America.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 7 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 9 hours), and Bangkok (approx flight time of 12 hours).

The hotel is approximately 15 minutes’ drive from Dubai International Airport. Airport transfers are not included in your package. Please contact the hotel directly if you would like to arrange (additional costs apply). A complimentary scheduled airport shuttle bus service is available from the hotel for airport drop offs at Terminals 1 & 3 only.

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

**Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries…**You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and two children. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AED120 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed on request with accommodation and all package inclusions. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) are included in the package sleeping on existing bedding (one king bed or twin singles) or a rollaway bed on request with all package inclusions. Only one rollaway bed can be provided per room.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged two years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Regency Suite - Packages valid for three adults or two adults and three children.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults or two adults and three children.

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) is included in the package sleeping on a rollaway bed on request with all package inclusions.
