My experience with Hyde London was overall pleasant. There was a booking issue and I had to stay at another hotel for the first night. It was stressful to sort out, but the manager was very apologetic and offered a discount as compensation. Once things were resolved, the rest of my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Clean room, great service, and friendly staff(one thing to note: the room is not perfectly soundproofed so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper). Despite the rocky start, I appreciated how they handled the situation professionally.

Great nights stay at Hyde London City. Clean and pleasantly decorated. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great. The only thing to note would be looking into getting the larger rooms as ours was sufficient but couldn’t be called spacious. St Paul’s area of London great for a wander and to walk across the river. I’d visit again

Had an amazing stay at Hyde London City. The customer service was exceptional. Staff were communicative and prompt. We loved our room. It was spacious, clean, with an exceptional view of the city. The drinks at the restaurant were top notch. One of the best spicy margaritas we’ve ever had. Would stay again.

We stayed at Hyde London City and really enjoyed the experience. While the hotel is slightly tucked away from the main tourist hotspots, it’s well-connected — with several transport links nearby and just a short walk to St Paul’s Cathedral, the Old Bailey, and the financial district. The hotel has a stylish, boutique feel — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked lovely and well-presented. If you’re after something with a bit of character in a quieter but accessible part of the city, this is a great option.
