Fantasztikus hotel. Mindenkinek ajánlom, különösen a club lounge szintet. Remélem, még lesz alkalmunk visszatérni.

In our opinion, the price-performance ratio isn't right here. First, the positives: 1. Our room was very tidy and clean. 2. Housekeeping was extremely helpful and even brought us adapters because we had forgotten ours. 3. The view from the room was great. 4. The location is very good, with the Ginza Line just around the corner. The negatives: 1. The hotel is located on a very busy street. Despite our room being on the 27th floor, it was very noisy at night because the windows weren't soundproof enough. 2. The hotel is very bland. A classic bunker that's past its prime and needs renovation. 3. The staff were partly hard-working and partly incompetent. We had actually chosen a hotel chain, assuming the staff would speak good English. Unfortunately, we were wrong. 4. The pool is very dated and could be cleaned better. I suddenly had a bandage on my foot.

Morning check in staff was polite but didn't offer me a king bed as requested. The afternoon shift team however were very kind to complete my check in and was extremely accomodating! Check in was fast and we got the king bed as requested. Rooms were nice because they were recently renovated. However even after reporting and the team sending an air purifier- it still smells like a cigarette tray! :( I already unpacked and it's just troublesome to move but if it still smells like this I will need to request to move rooms tomorrow! It's meant to be our 7th anniversary celebration. Most 5 stars would also have a small fruit platter or even just bonbons as a nice gesture. There was also no turndown service that is normal protocol for 5 star hotels. I must admit though, the guest services team are extremely fast at answering the phone and trying their best to meet requests. So rooms are newly renovated and comfortable albeit smells like cigarettes. Experience of check in is fully contingent on staff available in the moment. I could tell by the afternoon shift, the person on my left was also receiving incredible service- offered water too!
