Large hotel but well-organized and very good & friendly service. Excellent breakfast. We had special dietary requirements and they went out of their way to accommodate them. For a hotel, large pool. Downside: totally unnerving AI menu when you try to reach a human, calling reception from your room.

Great upmarket hotel conveniently located near a big public transport hub and just around the corner of the famous city Zoo. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Interior design is a stylish mix of modern and 1950s elements. Rooms are spacious, seem recently renovated, design is cosy, everything super clean and tidy, well-insulated, hence quiet. Room service was excellent, as was the breakfast buffet. Spa was good although very busy in the afternoon with families and their kids. If you're interested in hosting a business meeting here, their facilities include a big conference center as well. Only the bar and restaurant on the ground floor were a bit disappointing in variety of dishes as well as drinks on the menu, but there are plenty options available in the area around the venue. Recommended!

We stayed here for 3 nights the room is fairly nice but could be better in terms of interior, despite its spacious. Comfortable bed, big shower room. The breakfast was simple, not variety in terms of Asian food and the same every day no rotating menu. However, other facilities like dry / steam sauna and pools are nice. The gym is fairly small, not well equipped. The location is good, bus stop just in front or 10 minutes walk to the Zoologischer station. Or 5 minutes walk to another bus stop direction to Tierragen.

The hotel has a convenient location just a 10-minute walk to the train station and about 30 minutes to the airport by car. It’s right next to Berlin Zoo and close to several cafes and restaurants, which is a plus. The building is older but has been renovated. The lobby is spacious and features several conference rooms, making it more of a business-oriented hotel. One nice touch was the lobby café offering halal food options. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Communication before my stay was difficult due to an automated voice system, which made it frustrating to get answers to basic questions. The in-room service line was also automated and unhelpful. Staff weren’t particularly friendly or attentive when I asked for an extra bottle of water, I was told only one is provided per room per day. Breakfast is good but can have more verity. Check in and out processes are slow, with such large property i think more staff is needed. The hotel does offer amenities like a spa, gym, and pool, which are decent, but overall, the experience felt impersonal. It’s an okay place to stay if you prioritize location or are traveling for business, but don’t expect warm hospitality.
