Nice hotel, good value, and friendly staff. Rooms were nicely decorated, and linens were clean. However, this all pales in comparison to what was one of the best breakfast spreads I've seen - Made-to-order eggs Hardboiled eggs Buffet-style eggs, Bacon, sausage, rice, and potato gems (aka hashbrowns) Various breads, pastries, and pies Muesli (granola) bars More loose granolas and cereal The whole honeycomb Many kinds of fresh bread Yoghurts, cheeses, literally six kinds of milk Smoked salmon and other breakfast meats Apples, oranges, bananas, watermelon, rockmelon, honeydew Not the typical hotel fare but really good stuff, in a nice atmosphere with good coffee. Was about $20 but well worth it, or free if you're diamond elite.

Hotel is very convenient and is within walking distance to most tourist spots! We could easily come back to the hotel whenever we were tired after an activity 😃 Rooms are modern and comfortable with great amenities. We were most blown away by the service we received from Cody at the reception who not only communicated information clearly but also provided great restaurant recommendations! Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Brisbane 😊

Excellent location, parking is the next block over, not on site which was a pain with rainy weather. The rooms were small but very clean, light switch dodgy in room and toilet only just flushed. breakfast was nice, nothing stand out. Staff were lovely and accommodating, beds were firm but comfy. A door to the bathroom would have been nice as you step out of shower to your room

Ok, so it’s a bit complex. The service is fine, but the car park is a NIGHTMARE. It took me 10 minutes to get there as it’s only a block away, but in peak hour traffic took that long. Then you can’t walk straight there- you need to go up to traffic lights and double back. The actual car park has this horrific system you need to use a code issued by the hotel. Except mine didn’t work on THREE occasions. Leading to cars honking, stress and considerable delay. There is no option to just get a ticket and validate it. If you need accessible access, there’s no lift at the car park that’s open outside of business hours, and then the access back to the hotel is a solid 5min walk. When I told the duty manager, they basically said “meh, it’s a third party car park” Summary- funky (smallish) rooms, good food, but accessibility is so bad I honestly can’t stay here again unless I was using public transport.
