This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

We had the most beautiful stay- it was our 20 year wedding anniversary and the staff could not do enough to assist in making our stay the most relaxing we have ever had! The decor and themes of the hotel have been well thought out - it’s a magical with green theme at the lower levels then moving to a more blue theme at the top levels. We stayed in a classic king harbour view room and when we walked in, it was a magical display of the Sydney opera house and Sydney harbour bridge. Make sure you have a booking at the Aster- their roof top bar, we had one special night! The staff were accomodating and polite - it’s not right some guests don’t see their genuine care ( that’s all I have to say on that matter). Only negative was the breakfast- you need to review the hot menu and make sure it caters to all tastes…… thinking an egg station, soup station, and the menu need to be different choices every day. Have chefs behind each station cooking fresh hot food, that would be more appetising . Thank you to the team for making our stay amazing, we will be back, hopefully on New Year’s Eve!

Amazing experience this weekend! From the moment I booked it was a great experience with an almost immediate reach out by SMS from a he front desk to ask whether we had any requests. We hadn’t stayed at IC Sydney for a few years and not since the Club was refurbished. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay and acknowledged that we were celebrating our anniversary in multiple ways. I was so impressed as stays at other 5 star properties in the city have not always lived up to expectations recently. While the canapé offerings are now reduced, they are at least of premium quality, and the twilight beverages offerings are still extensive and still contain at least 5 or 6 cocktails. Breakfast on the rooftop level 32 remains wonderful. Thank you IC Sydney Club team - we’ll be back!

I always choose the Sydney InterContinental whenever I visit Sydney, and for good reason. This hotel consistently delivers an outstanding experience on every front. The food is simply excellent, and the breakfast is honestly among the best I’ve ever had. The rooms are equally impressive—always spotless, very comfortable, and offering great views. The service is top-notch, with staff who are incredibly courteous and always make you feel welcome. In particular, I want to highlight the breakfast team—Karem, Sanskriti, and Ben—who made each morning a delight with their warm and attentive service. One of the best parts about the Sydney InterContinental is its unbeatable location. It’s within walking distance of the Sydney Opera House, the beautiful Royal Botanic Garden, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, St. Mary’s Cathedral, and the Queen Victoria Building. You can easily explore some of Sydney’s most iconic spots just by stepping outside the hotel. Overall, it’s my go-to hotel in Sydney for a reason. Highly recommended!

You really can’t beat the views here. Looking straight out at the harbour bridge and all the activity on the water is so special. Rooms are a little on the small side and no bath in the bathrooms, but comfy beds and pillows and plenty of towels. The breakfast buffet is great quality although they could do with speeding up the service on coffee delivery and sorting out the queues to get in. Overall a beautiful building on a great spot.
