Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.

Great experience at the Intercontinental Sydney. Fantastic service and staff always going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. We had the breakfast on one of the mornings of our stay which was excellent and one of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever had. Staff are very quick if you ask for ice or an extra pillow to your room. I would most definitely return in the future! :)

We only visited the bar food outlet in the foyer but it is beautiful , the staff are so friendly and supportive to your needs , it was a special experience to visit the Intercontinental Sydney , we will look at staying here next time in Sydney .

Excellent service! We were able to check in early after a long flight and had nothing but great interactions with staff. Location was great for sightseeing and will stay here again in the future.

Amazing location, right in front of circular quay & botanic gardens. The room is very nice and comfortable. Modern equipment also. I do not recommend the hotel for a business stay. The service is a disaster especially for breakfast. Waited 10 minutes to be seated, because they don’t clear the tables, hence nothing is available, incredible enough it was not busy. Then 25minutes to not even receive a coffee and eggs that you must order. So I left after 35minutes and got delayed for my meeting. Better take breakfast & coffee outside the hotel, furthermore since the selection of buffet is ridiculous for a 50$ price. May come back to the hotel but never returning to the Conservatory.
