My stay at this hotel during my trip to Rome was the best experience. The excellent communication skills and warm hospitality of the staff members, Pamela and Josey, made me feel truly comfortable throughout my entire stay. Their professionalism and genuine warmth are a testament to the hotel's high standards. The hotel's services and facilities were also flawless. I sincerely recommend this hotel and am grateful for all their hard work.

Intercontinental Rome is definitely one of the best hotel that I have ever stayed, with full of courtesy and generosity. The way they handle relationship with guest are... what can I say ? Simply exceptional. Every issue you raised will be solved lightning fast, with world-class efficiency and surely make you fully satisfied. Regarding to the rooms, the suite is beautifully designed and amenities are excellent. Complimentary drinks and snacks are at very high quality, and the view from our room was great. Staff are very helpful and would bring you a even-better-than-home feeling. All in all, Intercontinental Rome is a property that deserves highest compliment and truly stays to the reputation of IHG brand.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and were blown away by the experience! A sweet honeymoon dessert and personal note were waiting for us in our room, which was such a thoughtful welcome! The entire hotel was spotless, felt luxurious, and had excellent AC in our room (a huge plus in mid-July). The location couldn’t have been better (we walked everywhere). Our stay also included free made-to-order breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start each day. The staff were fantastic, from the friendly bellman with great local tips to the helpful concierge and front desk. Highly recommend for a romantic, comfortable, and upscale stay in Rome!

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace, coming all the way from Toronto. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Rome. After our first night, we realized that the room didn’t quite suit our personal preferences. The next morning, while we were having breakfast, Cristina — the manager — came over to check on us and kindly offered to help us change rooms. She kept her word. While we were out exploring the Colosseum, the hotel team took care of everything. When we returned, all of our luggage had been moved to a beautiful new room that suited us much better. It was a thoughtful and seamless experience, and I truly appreciate Christina’s initiative and hospitality. I will definitely return to this hotel — great location, lovely amenities, and most importantly, outstanding service. -Dan
