The resort can be reached via a five-minute boat transfer from Laem Hin Pier, which is approximately 35 minutes’ drive from Phuket Airport (HKT). This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

The hotel offers excellent service standards. The room was clean, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the bed was soft and spotless. Towels were up to standard, truly reflecting the quality of a luxury hotel. The service was outstanding — I received a warm welcome from every staff member. Buggy service was always on standby, with no waiting time at all. I was genuinely impressed by the attentiveness of all the staff, especially the bellboys and drivers, who were enthusiastic, friendly, and always smiling. Staying here was definitely not a disappointment. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for taking such good care of me — even just one night left a lasting impression.

I am surprised the ratings are low because I really enjoyed my stay here. The sheets did have a slight musty smell to it-it may be nice if the sprayed lavender water over it when they clean the room-but it was not overwhelming. Room was big and clean. Staff was very helpful and communicative. Breakfast was great. We only had one other meal at the resort and it was OK. Pool was big and gorgeous and well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful. Gym is very nice. I enjoyed being able to walk on the well maintained paths but they also have golf carts to take you places. If you decide to book here make sure you understand the boat schedule beforehand. If we hadn’t then it would have been very frustrating as the boats don’t run every hour. We left for main town Phuket at 9 am and got back 2300 and it worked great for us. The other thing I’ll mention is I wish the kayaks were free to use.

After we booked our stay, we got scared from the bad reviews but overall had a nice stay! We got two of the cheaper Garden-view rooms (around $44/night pp) so for a 5-star, good value. Our experience: - check-in was super smooth, we even caught an earlier boat than expected no problem, and getting the room keys was also fast - Rooms: we booked 2 rooms, 1 had a damp smell, one didn’t. But both were very modern and comfortable apart from that. - Getting around: actually enjoyed going around on the golf carts, and never had to wait long for one. Would have also been walkable but we always opted for a ride. Boat transfers to Phuket were also convenient (100THB per way for a speedboat ride, but there was also a free longtail boat ride) - Staff: would give 5-stars if not for the smell in the rooms - staff were always accommodating, never rude. - Spa: one of the highlights - the Thai massages were great! More expensive than on Phuket, but generally nicer experience and with the discounts for multiple massages, price wasn’t too bad (around $30/hr for a Thai massage)

We chose this hotel as a relaxing start point for our Thailand journey and to get rid of our jet lag. Sadly, it was not as expected, because it was quite loud at night (neighbors as well as pool pump sounds). But the staff was very nice and I'm sure for other people this might be the perfect accommodation, as you have everything you might need within the hotel area (although quite expensive, compared to prices in other cities in Thailand). If you choose this hotel (or this island), make sure you have enough cash, because there is only one money exchange and it is very expensive there.
