Getting to Khao Lak is easy. Regular flights are available with Thai Airways, Qantas and Emirates departing most Australian capital cities with an approximate flight time of 10 hours.
Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 2 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 3.5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 6.5 hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of 1.5 hours).
The resort is approximately one hours’ drive from Phuket International Airport.
A convenient airport pickup is included in your package. Please contact the hotel directly to book your airport pick up and if you would like to arrange further transfers (additional costs apply).

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.
Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of AU$65 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, breakfast and airport transfers only. Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation, breakfast and airport transfers. Children eat free of charge with a paying adult.
Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
