The hotel is approximately a 30-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and a 90-minute drive from the capital, Denpasar. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Daily buffet breakfast is served at Bujana Restaurant between 6.30am and 10am from Monday to Friday and between 6.30am and 10.30am on Saturday and Sunday.
- You can enjoy one complimentary cocktail at Bujana Restaurant, redeemable at any time during your stay.
- Guests will be able to order lunch or dinner from a set menu, served at Bujana Restaurant between 11am and 9.30pm (final order time).
- Daily shuttle covers Petitenget Beach, Seminyak Village and Seminyak Beach between 10am and 4pm.

Airport Transfers Fine Print:

- The three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. The six-passenger van can fit six pieces
- An infant seat can be pre-booked at $35,000 IDR per seat each way. Guest can bring their own.
- Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. After then, transfer will be considered cancelled.
