Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. - Breakfast can be served at Kayumanis Resto or in your villa at any time between 7am and 10pm.
- The daily restocked minibar will include soft drinks only. The hotel will also provide daily home-made cookies and a daily fruit basket.
- Afternoon tea will be a selection of savoury and sweet snacks served at Kayumanis Resto or in your villa from 2pm until 4pm.
- The 15-minute welcome massage will be a shoulder massage in your villa or in the spa, based on availability.
- The welcome drink will be a mocktail and will be served in your villa.
- The floating breakfast can be served enjoyed on a day chosen by guests. Advance reservation is required through your butler.
- The complimentary shuttle service will cover the local Jimbaran area, and operates between 8am and 5pm. Children may use the shuttle service at no extra cost. Advance reservation is required through your butler.
- The 20% discount at Kayumanis Resto is for food only, redeemable on any kind of a la carte menu item.
- The daily bucket of beer and canapes can be served in your villa or at Kayumanis Resto. This should be requested through your butler.
- The daily lunch or dinner will be served at Kayumanis Resto. Lunch will start at 11am and dinner will start at 6pm.
- The cooking class must be reserved minimum one day in advance. The experience involves a visit to the Jimbaran market to select key ingredients you will need (approx. one hour). A Kayumanis chef will accompany you to the local market, and the class will take place in your villa kitchen (approx. two hours).
- Airport transfers must be reserved minimum one day in advance. The maximum capacity is four guests with one piece of luggage each. Guests should inform the hotel in advance should they expect to have extra luggage.
Tropical Temptation Beach Club (Uluwatu)
- Enjoy free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult, per day and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including the VIP area and cabanas.
