Your Cudo credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Covid-19 Related Cancellations: If you can’t travel as a direct result of border closures or Government-imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Cudo will do our best to assist you with a date change or provide you with a Cudo credit towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package, less any unrecoverable costs. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date. After this time bookings are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy.

- Private roundtrip airport transfers: please contact the resort to arrange. It is recommended you arrange your transfer at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
- One-time floating breakfast (7+ nights) is available from 8am-11am and must be organised with the resort at least one day prior.
- Private tour (7+ nights) will be organised with your butler on arrival. You may choose to travel anywhere in Bali, provided the tour does not exceed an eight-hour roundtrip.
- One-time private yoga session: Private yoga session is strictly available for stays of 7+ nights. Session will be held in your villa or by the main pool or beach and will run for two hours.
- 120-minute massage is strictly available for 10+ nights only and includes a relaxation massage. The 120-minute massage will replace the 90-minute massage for all 10+ night packages.
