Whether travelling with friends or family, privacy is guaranteed. The retreat is spread among three villas and one studio, offering five bedrooms and four bathrooms (one without a shower).

A 15-minute drive takes you to Mullumbimby, a delightful regional town home to a golf course, markets and fantastic dining options. Known as the counter-culture capital of the Byron Shire, Mullumbimby has a laid-back, alternative vibe that’s bursting with small-town charm.
Byron Bay’s town centre can be reached in around 25 minutes’ drive. Hit the beach to swim, surf and sunbathe, go whale spotting (seasonal) or visit one of the many bars, restaurants and cafés.

Koonyum Range Retreat – Packages are valid for 10 people.
Maximum Retreat Capacity: The maximum room capacity is 16 guests.
Extra Guest Policy: In addition to the 10 guests included in the package, up to six additional guests of any age may stay for a surcharge of A$100 per person, per night sleeping on a queen sofa bed or single rollaway bed with accommodation only. Payable directly to the property.
Baby Policy: Babies will count towards the maximum retreat capacity. Cots are available at a cost of A$25 per night. Payable directly to the property. Please note: a maximum of four cots are available.
