Nyepi Laut: Please note Nyepi Laut, the maritime version of the Nyepi Day of Silence practised mainly on the three islands of Nusa Penida, will take place on 11 October 2022, during which all maritime activities are forbidden and shops, transport and boats will not be available. The resort will be open but check-in/checkout is unavailable.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Cudo credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Cudo credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with Cudo. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Guests will need to make their own way to Sanur to meet with their included roundtrip shared speedboat transfer to Lembongan. Transfers can be arranged from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) for a surcharge of IDR200,000 per vehicle, one way. Vehicles hold two passengers. This must be arranged with the resort at least two days prior to arrival. Prices are subject to change.
- Breakfast is served between 7am and 11am daily, lunch is served between 11am to 3pm and dinner is served from 7pm.
- Daily cocktail may be selected from a set menu only and includes a blue lagoon, mojito, caipirosca or caipirinha.
- Daily beers per adult are available between 4pm to 6pm.
- Afternoon tea includes free-flow juice, soft drink and canapés.
- Speedboat transfers depart Sanur to Lembongan at 8.30am, 9.30am and 1.30pm.
- Speedboat transfers depart Lembongan to Sanur at 8.30am, 12.30pm and 3pm.
- The last boat departure is subject to change depending on weather conditions, and it is recommended to book earlier in the day incase of bad weather.
