Environmental Tax: A daily environmental fee of US$2 applies to guests staying at all Cancun | Riviera Maya resorts as per the local municipality law. These fees are used to support sustainable initiatives such as beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, and conservation efforts.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Dining Credit: The included food and drink credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No minimum spend applies. Not applicable to room service or mini-bar.
- Daily buffet breakfast is available at Las Olas from 7am to 11am.
- Resort fee includes one non-alcoholic signature welcome drink on arrival, beach and pool towel service, bicycle rental, complimentary Wi-Fi, bottled water and concierge service.
Daily Dining Package Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A la carte breakfast at Fuego Restaurante y Cantina (7.30am to 10.30am) or buffet breakfast at Las Olas (7am to 11am), dinner buffet at Cocina (6.30pm to 10pm). Alternatively, guests may opt to receive US$27 per adult (US$13 per child) evening dining credit for use at Fuego Restraurante y Cantina.
- Dinner may be exchanged for lunch at Fuego Restaurante y Cantina (12pm to 7pm) or Las Olas (12pm to 5pm) on request.
- Drinks are not included in this package.
All-Inclusive Package Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A la carte breakfast at Fuego Restaurante y Cantina (7.30am to 10.30am) or buffet breakfast at Las Olas (7am to 11am), lunch and snacks at Fuego Restaurante y Cantina (12pm to 7pm) or Las Olas (12pm to 5pm), dinner at Fuego Restaurante y Cantina (7pm to 10pm), Las Olas (6.30pm to 10pm) or Cocina (6.30 to 10pm), and unlimited free-flow soft drinks, house beer and house wine at Itzi Pool Bar (11am to 6pm) or Agave Bar (4pm to 12pm).
- Premium spirits and drinks are available for an upgrade surcharge of US$30 per guest, per day, payable directly to the resort.
- All-Inclusive plan must apply for all guests staying in the same room. This program cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
- All-Inclusive plan starts at 3pm on the day of your scheduled arrival and continues until your day of departure at 12pm.
- Tax and gratuities are included.
- If you desire to leave the server an additional tip, you may do so.
- Please note that any tip you add to your check will be charged to your room account and must be settled upon check-out.
- Guests will be given an identification bracelet. The bracelet must be worn at all times and shown each time you order any food or beverages. All purchases must be signed for by a registered All-Inclusive guest. Each order included on the check must apply to you or a guest in your party covered by the All Inclusive package and cannot be shared with any other guests.
- If the bracelet is lost during your star and/or not returned on the day of your check-out, a replacement fee of US$125 will be charged per bracelet.
- Once purchased, the All-Inclusive package cannot be cancelled and no refund will be granted.
