Mai Khao Lak Beach Resort & Spa enjoys a superb location in the heart of Khao Lak, along the stunning Pak Weep Beach. Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For additional guests staying on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB6,000 per adult (18+) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort prior to check-in.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily breakfast is available at The Mangrove from 7.30am–10.30am during the months of May to October.
• During November to April, breakfast is served at The Restaurant from 7.30–10.30am.
• Daily lunch or dinner consists of two courses per adult and one course per child.
• Daily lunch or dinner is available at Talay Thai or Green & Grilled Restaurant. Talay Thai is closed from November to April seasonally.
• The included massages (two per room, per package) can be redeemed at Mind Spa and must be booked at least a day in advance. Excludes beauty salon.
• Free-flow drinks include local beer, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks for adults, redeemable at Pool Bar, and all onsite restaurants.
• The free-flow drinks are not to be taken away from participating restaurants and bars. Guests must have drinks as per limited time in each outlet only.
• Unlimited soft drinks are available for children during free-flow hours in the pool bars and restaurant bars only.
• Free-flow drinks are available from 4pm to 6pm daily.
• Some facilities are operated as seasonal (November to April) and depending on the weather.
• The shuttle service to and from Khao Lak centre is per schedule, limited seats, booking required.
• The Kid’s Zone is open to children 12 years and under.
• Guests booking a Deluxe Suite will be allocated a room in the Family Zone. Guests may request a suite in the Adults Only Zone. Extra charges apply and are payable to the hotel directly.

One-Way Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• Transfers required from 12am–6am will be charged a supplement of THB350 per vehicle each way.
• One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged THB210 per additional seat required. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
