Payable directly to the resort on checkout. Infants (aged 3 and under) are free of charge.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Deluxe Room
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children or three adults. See below for more details.
Extra Guest Policy: One adult (aged 12 or over) may stay for a surcharge of THB2,000 per night (sleeping on a single day bed), including airport transfer and daily breakfasts only. Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge in a Deluxe Room (one sharing existing bedding and one sleeping on a day bed) with airport transfer and daily breakfasts only included.
Infant Policy: Children aged three years and younger will count towards room capacity. One cot per room can be provided free of charge in Deluxe Rooms only.
Deluxe Pool Access Room and Mai Pool Villa
Children aged 11 and under are not permitted in Deluxe Pool Access Rooms or Mai Pool Villas.

Connecting Deluxe Rooms and Deluxe Pool Access Rooms are available only on request (strictly subject to availability). The connecting point is on the balcony.
Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
The standard packages include two dinners while the upgrade packages include nightly dinners (set menu or buffet-style). However, a Thai cooking class for two may be substituted for one dinner (all packages).
Please inform the property at least seven days prior to arrival of your flight details to arrange your airport pickup.
The property features a lot of steps and over-water bridges and may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.
The Mai Samunprai Spa is only open between 11am and 8pm. Advance bookings at least 14 days prior to arrival is required for included massages.
Chaweng Beach shuttles must be booked in advance as places are limited.
