Ok… so I have been coming here since 2010 and the HEART to serve here is amazing. It’s not always perfect, nowhere is. But think about what these people are doing. We arrived tired, hungry and away from home and these folks take care of us. I’m so grateful for everything and everyone here. Did you have a bad time? I can assure you if you did it was you and your attitude. Kiara who is a restaurant waitress deserves a special shout out tonight. Same with the chef. Thanks for serving me and for considering my needs. God bless.

No complaints. Beds were lush and comfortable, sheets were what I expected, room was beautiful, great little kitchenette. Would definitely stay and highly recommend Mantra, Launceston Tasmania.

Nice hotel friendly staff, found not serving dinner on weekends a little strange particularly on Saturday night. Our bed way too hard should offer mattress topper as a choice.

My friend and I stayed in twin rooms. Was a great set up, although we didn't like that there were two single beds pushed together to pretend to be a double bed. Outside of that we loved our stay! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy. Guests were friendly. Having 24 hour front desk support was great. The affordability of the stay was great and I'd happily stay there again. Recommended.
