My family and I had a great stay at Mantra, the rooms were great and the service from Nicky down in DJ'S cafe/bar was excellent. Plus they have a lot of fantastic gluten free options for my wife and daughter. The location of the Mantra is perfect. Everything is only a close walk away.

Hi Team, Everything was as expected with the stay except one major issue. The blind in my bedroom let in so much light from the internal lights that stayed on all night. I had to go out and purchase an eye mask which made sleeping unnecessarily uncomfortable and is not something I'd expect to encounter at a Mantra. Apart from that the staff at reception were execptional - so welcoming and helpful. Please thank them from us. We did also mention that the sign in the basement exit would be better placed at the bottom so people know where the swipe card reader is before they go up the ramp and have to stop at the top and either revers (terrifying) or get out of the car. We actually ended up changing to the other carpark. It's important to note that the staff did warn us about this park being difficult though
