Easy to get to, very friendly staff. Location is great, easy 5min walk to Darling Harbour. The studio room was very comfortable and clean, had everything and even more than we expected. Lovely view of the Harbour from the 20th floor. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room were clean overall, only a few dust on the bedside table. The studio room we stayed at has most of the amenities, they even have plates, dish washing liquid and microwave etc. The bed and linen were comfortable and clean even for someone who value cleanliness so much. The bathroom was updated recently I think. The location was great, it was right next to QVB and only a 6,7 minutes walk to town hall station. We were very satisfied with our stay there.

Great location. Room was good however all tables needed dusting - could write in it. The duvet cover only just went across the bed and the kitchen hot water never got hot enough to wash the dishes, we had to boil water

I have never wasted so many minutes of my life waiting for lifts due to one being broken down all long weekend with promises that it was going to be looked at and the other sounding like it was dying a slow death as all i could hear all night was bangs and creaking from my room. I stayed at better backpackers during the 90s. I paid extra for breakfast to find no options for being coeliac. At least it brought all the hotel guests together as everyone discussed it on the crowded trips up and down the working(ish) lift or in the lobby as they waited for 20mins. i expect a lot more given the price i was charged for the 3 family rooms i booked.
