Great location! In the heart of CBD and close to some nice and popular restaurants and coffee shops. Only few steps away from Hardware Lane for good food and gelato. Easily access to attractions within CBD by different tram route as stops nearby. We've booked the Executive Studio and the room is very spacious with a small kitchen and washing machine embedded, the bathroom is also huge with separate shower room and bathtub, very value for money. Room is clean, the king size bed is comfortable and my kid love it. Will be good if drying rack could be provided. Service is good, you may refill water or sparkling water at the lobby. Just a note to drivers, their car park is very pack and narrow.

Hubby and I had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights. Staff were polite and very helpful with directions. Breakfast was nice with many food options. The rooms were clean & spacious. Great location for sightseeing, shopping, public transport, groceries and food. If you stay here go to Hardware lane for dinner, your won't be disappointed.

Our family of 3 stayed in the Executive Studio room. The room was very spacious, with a small kitchen with complete equipment so we could cook for ourselves. We received a welcome drink of a bottle of white wine. I was very impressed. The staff provided good service. Overall, I was very impressed.

Unfortunately, I was quite dissatisfied with the experience, and it fell short of the 4-star standard that was advertised. Upon arrival, we were shocked by the overall cleanliness and condition of the room. It didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned or maintained. The shower still had visible pink mold, which was concerning and unhygienic. The blinds were broken—one of the pull sticks was completely detached—and the TVs in the room were outdated. There were chunks of wall crowning missing, which further contributed to a neglected feel. The internet service was also incredibly slow, to the point that the promised Google Chromecast functionality simply didn’t work. The couches were stained and visibly dirty, making it uncomfortable to use them without covering them first. I ended up using my own money to wash the provided blankets just so we had something clean to sit on. Overall, this was not the standard of quality or comfort we expected from a 4-star property, and it left us feeling quite disappointed. I do have photos of the issues mentioned, should you need them for reference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the property clearly has potential—but it needs significant attention and improvement to meet the level of experience it promises to guests.
